Terms and conditions

We’ll ship your order as soon as your payment is confirmed. We offer fast deliveries; orders received before 12.00 p.m. are usually shipped the same day.
 

Order confirmation

 
Once you have sent your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. Check that all the details are correct and tell us as soon as possible if there is a problem so we can stop the order before delivery.

If you have not received an order confirmation within 48 hours, your order has not been registered. Contact us or order again, making sure that you fill in a valid e-mail address.

If there is a risk of our order confirmation e-mail getting caught in your spam filter, just add our e-mail address to your address book.
 

Purchase agreement

 
You must be an adult (at least 18 years old) to order goods from us.
 

Delivery


 
We deliver all over the world. Normal delivery is approximately 2-7 days.
Your goods will normally be shipped by recorded delivery or by Parcel post.
Items may sometimes be out of stock.

 

Cooling off period


 
Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days, however the goods must be unused, undamaged and in unopened packaging to obtain a refund.

Customers should contact us before returning goods. Return postage is paid by the customer.

 

Complaints


 
In the event of a complaint about faulty goods, the customer should contact us before returning the product.

Willvin will offer to replace the product immediately (provided that it is still in stock).

We want satisfied customers. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us directly.
